如 : 申請狀態顯示『發卡成功』的訊息，您約在七天內會收到憑證IC卡。

說明 Explanation：
- 案件流水號為憑證申請書上的案件流水號(共25碼)。
The serial number is the serial number shown on the certificate application form (25 digits in total). - 用戶代碼為案件申請時，所自行設定6位到10位之英數字或符號(大小寫有別，且不能有空格)。
The user code is a 6 to 10 character alphanumeric or symbolic code (case-sensitive and no whitespace) that the applicant sets up during the application process.
